BBQ Hot Tikka Wrap

A spicy twist on a traditional Indian curry, bringing a super soft wrap taste to Tikka Biryani.

What You Do

  1. Marinate chicken, paneer or tofu in tikka paste and BBQ or pan fry until cooked (chicken will take longer).
  2. For a quick raita, mix thick yogurt with a little mint sauce and spread over a warm wrap.
  3. Add the cooked tikka, with hot rice and spinach. Add thinly sliced red onion, coriander and chilli if you like then roll it up burrito style and get stuck in!
